Your Personal Health Strategy

When starting out on a health journey, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with the amount of information available and countless wellness trends we hear about everyday. Where do we begin? An important first step in taking control of your health is figuring out what really matters to you and how you can get there. That’s where a personal health strategy comes in. This strategy should be personal, flexible, and fun! The approach you take to achieving your goals should reflect your unique preferences, daily priorities, and other important needs. Your personal health strategy helps you combine all these factors and make adjustments along the way to set you up for success.

As a holistic health coach, I strongly believe that, deep down, everyone knows what they really need in order to be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. It’s my responsibility as a coach to help my clients tap into their intuition and figure this out. Once we have a clear picture of where we want to go together, a personal health strategy can serve as a clear roadmap for getting there.

We focus on three questions to create a personal health strategy:

  • How do you want to feel everyday? (your vision)

  • What do you want to accomplish with your health? (your goals)

  • What do you need in order to get there? (your strategy)


Once you’ve got your personal health strategy down, coaching sessions provide continuous support and accountability to help you make small, realistic, and sustainable changes to diet and lifestyle so that you can achieve your goals and ultimately, feel your best.
