Overcoming Busyness & Burnout

In this interactive group coaching workshop, participants learned about the self-reinforcing cycle of chronic busyness and burnout, and how limiting beliefs play an important role in breaking free from this. They pinpointed limiting beliefs that are getting in the way of achieving their health goals, and identified some simple actions they can begin taking to overcoming them and embrace a new mindset.

Stress Management for the Job Search

In partnership with Baruch College’s Marxe School of Public & International Affairs, this workshop for students/alumni explored strategies for managing stress when juggling the demands of school and job searches. Participants learned how to identify their stress triggers and symptoms, explored a variety of stress management techniques, and created a simple action plan to help them implement these changes and achieve a greater sense of calm and balance.

Defining Self-Care

In this workshop, participants kicked off the New Year by defining what “self-care” meant for them, taking into account their unique preferences, daily needs, and commitments. They crafted a short and sweet self-care statement and identified a few simple actions they could take to make self-care a reality.
