As a Holistic Health Coach, I empower women to take control of their health and get organized with a personal health strategy.
Hi! I’m Lindsay. I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach based in New York City. After years of navigating the world of wellness and healing from my own chronic health issues, I decided to build on my personal experience and life-long interest in food and cooking by becoming certified as a health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
At IIN, I studied a wide range of health practices and dietary theories, learning from leading experts in holistic health, functional medicine, and nutrition and translating that knowledge into my own personal coaching style to support others as they transform their health. Before studying at IIN, I worked for over a decade in business research and strategic planning. Now, I blend my experience in strategic planning with my passion for health and wellness to help women get organized with a personal health strategy, set clear and realistic goals, and take control of their well-being.
My Coaching Approach
I’m passionate about continuous, hands-on learning, and I’m always reading about diets and nutrition, trying out alternative wellness practices, honing my cooking skills by experimenting in the kitchen, staying active through movement practices like yoga, cycling, and strength training, and staying in touch with my body through acupuncture, meditation, and ayurvedic practices. After navigating through my own personal health transformation, experimenting with countless diets and lifestyle practices, and developing a passion for all things wellness, I’ve found sustainable solutions that keep me healthy and happy. Now I work with clients who want to do the same for themselves by learning how to listen to their body, make time for self-care, and getting organized with a personal health strategy and wellness routine that sticks. My approach focuses on helping clients get clear on what “healthy” means for them and finding sustainable, holistic practices that leave them feeling empowered to manage their own health and well-being.
