1:1 Coaching Packages
I offer three coaching packages of different lengths to provide the right level of coaching support based on your unique needs.
Transform
(6-Month Package)
My Transform Your Health package includes 6 months of bi-weekly coaching sessions (12 in total) to support you in transforming the way you think about and manage your health.
This package is for you if:
You have multiple health goals or one longer-term goal that you want to achieve in the next 6-12 months
You want a higher level of support and accountability from a coach to set you up for the long-term
You want to co-create, test out, and land on a health strategy and wellness routine you can stick with
Reclaim
(3-Month Package)
My Reclaim Your Health package includes 3 months of bi-weekly coaching sessions (6 in total) to help you reclaim control of your health and well-being.
This package is for you if:
You have one or two health goals you want to achieve in the next few months
You want the support and accountability of a coach to start you on your health journey
You’d like to co-create a health strategy and wellness routine with your coach that you can work on over time
Reboot
(1-Month Package)
My Reboot Your Health package includes 2 coaching sessions over the course of 1 month to help you hit a short-term health goal.
This package is for you if:
You have one, short-term health goal you want to achieve in the next month or so
You want the support and accountability of a coach to get you over the finish line with your goal
